So you know the idea behind YSB and the general concept, but exactly how does it all work? Thankfully, it's all really quite simple.

Your trial doesn't cost anything, so there's nothing to lose!
Use our simple online sign up form to register for an account, then build your online profile to finish getting set up. Once approved by our team you will be the lucky owner of a YSB account.
2. Search for projects
Find project listings posted by exhibitors, specific to where you're active
Use our in depth search system to browse and search for current Project Listings - submitted by real exhibitors - which relate to the geographical area in which you operate.
3. Review project and submit your bid
Check the details, decide if you can provide the service, and prepare your quote
When you find a project which you're interested in, simply review all details and decide if you would like to try to win it. Prepare a quote and submit your bid. There is NO LIMIT to the number of bids you can submit - no pay-per-bid, no credit system - just an open platform which connects approved stand builders with potential customers!
4. Secure new business!
That's it - congratulations! You have a new customer and a new project confirmed.
At the end of the listing, the exhibitor will consider all bids received and proceed with accepting one. If yours gets accepted, you get the business. It's as simple as that!

As YSB operates a subscription service for stand builders, it is necessary for us to take your payment details when you become a member. Don't worry through - we won't charge you until the end of your 1 month free trial, so you have the opportunity to "try before you buy". You can cancel your membership at any point before your trial period ends and you won't be charged anything at all. There's nothing to lose!

No - we are not a stand builder and we do not provide exhibition stand construction. Instead our intention is to work with worldwide stand builders to maximise their revenue and bring in more business.
