Our aim is to completely open up this huge market - and bring everyone together in one accessible place, saving time and money when planning all of their future events.

Stand build costs vary significantly from country to country, so it's simply not possible to apply a "one size fits all" approach to price calculations. Instead use YSB to quickly create a Project Listing and then wait to see what real, local stand builders quote for your requirements. It's the only precise way to predict your costs for your upcoming event.
How it works
So you know the idea behind YSB and the general concept, but exactly how does it all work? Thankfully, it's all really quite simple.
1. Sign up for an account
It doesn't cost anything, so there's nothing to lose
Use our simple online sign up form to register for an account, then build your online profile to finish getting set up. Once approved by our team you will be the lucky owner of a YSB account.
2. Post a FREE Project Listing
Enter all of the details of your upcoming event and what you need
Using our easy online form, build your Project Listing before submitting it for approval. Once approved by our team, the listing will go live and become accessible to all stand builders in the region.
3. Wait to receive bids
This is the easy part, allow stand builders to come to you
The stand builders will carefully review the Project Listing, decide if they can offer the service, and prepare their proposal. They can ask clarification questions using the Q&A board, to ensure accuracy, and once done they simply submit their bid for your consideration.
4. Accept a bid and confirm your stand builder
Review all bids, decide who you want to partner with, and accept their quote!
When you're ready it's over to you to look at all bids received, before deciding which stand builder to award the business to. Once done, your stand build partner is confirmed and you can contact them directly to coordinate the finer details in preparation for the event.

No - we are not a stand builder and we do not provide exhibition stand construction. Instead our intention is to work with worldwide stand builders to put them in contact with exhibitors requiring their services.
